A few minutes’ walk you are already at Istiklal Ave. where all the action is. From Istiklal, you can take the heritage tram to Taksim or walk at your pleasure. You may also walk in the opposite direction and in a few minutes you arrive at the Galata Area where there are tons of food and shops. As a host, Missy responded to our questions quickly and even helped us book our taxi from the apartment to the airport. I would definitely recommend booking Missy's place to anybody who will stay in Istanbul, and I would definitely want to book her place again if I am fortunate to visit Istanbul again. “For the price point, it's hard to beat this spot. It has everything you need, reliable internet, washing machine, kitchen, small balcony and great location. It's about a 4min walk uphill to the main street Istiklal where you can find anything you need. About a 7 min walk to the metro, and if you go downhill about 6 min you can easily get to the tram that will take you straight to all the major tourist spots. "After doing a lot of my own research on where I should stay in Istanbul I'm proud to have landed at Missy's AirBnB. The location is excellent. It is super close to a tram line that gets you to all of the major hotspots but you're also in a hotspot of your own. I ventured to and around the Galata Tower and down to Karikoy almost daily as there are plentiful cafes and eateries around, not to mention being right off of İstiklal Cd. which has a ton of them anyway.
