“WOW what a classy, comfy, elegant apartment. All amenities, spacious bedrooms, living area and 1.5 bathrooms helped make our stay in chilling Istanbul a delight. We're a family of 4 and quite enjoyed the breakfast with the stunning views of the Bosphorus and a glass of wine from the living room overlooking the lit Bosphorus Bridge. 5mn walk to Taksim and a 2mn walk to our favorite Italian restaurant. "In a word, Missy’s place is “amazing”. I have travelled all over the world, and this by far is the most incredible place I have ever stayed in. The flat was beyond compare, and much better than pictures could ever depict. We felt, and wished we could make it our personal residence, as it is equipped so incredibly well. The flat is quality through and through. If this place was remodeled to be an Airbnb, then I am beyond impressed. The kitchen cabinets, appliances are top notch. As are the bathroom fixtures, bedroom wardrobes, etc. I have never seen such high quality workmanship in an Airbnb. I doubt I ever will. The view is magnificent on the top floor, and we marveled at the panorama from every window. The place is enormous as well. One of the only times I walked into an Airbnb and it was much bigger than the pictures made it feel. An absolute gem, I cannot say enough. The location could not have been better. A short walk to Taksim square, a perfect market 20m away, oh and the most fantastic Russian restaurant in the ground floor of the building! As for Missy, she was every bit as incredible as her place. She helped and advised us all through our trip, and if it wasn’t already incredible, Missy would have put it over the top. I’ve never encountered any place like this, nor anyone like Missy. I feel as though I have made a true friend. Thank you Missy for the most amazing experience we have ever had traveling. I will never stay anywhere else but here, or one of Missy’s other places. "Missy's apartment is a classic. It is located behind Taksim Square, right in the heart of the city. However, you do not hear any of the noise. A few minutes of walk will get you to Kabatas ferry (to go to Asia side) and Dolmebahce palace (a must see!). All the night life and restaurants of Taksim close by. Galata Tower is a bewitching 30 mins of walk right through Istiklal street (or the back alleys if you prefer). Aside from the location, the apartment itself is a class act. Elegantly furnished, spacious and with all amenities, it is perfect for a family or a couple. Every room has a view of the Bosphorus, the Nisantasi neighborhood, the 1st Bosphorus bridge and the Asian side beyond. We enjoyed our stay and if we go back to Istanbul, we will certainly stay again! Five stars!" Sameet - November 2021 

 

“This apartment is incredible. It is in an old building but has been completely updated, and has the most amazing view of the suspended bridge over the Bosphorus particular at night. The apartment is centrally located in a wonderful neighbourhood, close to many Istanbul destinations and is in walking distance to coffee shops, shopping areas, and fabulous restaurants. “First of all - the apartment is really stylish and clean. When we first entered, we felt, like we are in a royal palace)) We were just walking around and telling each other “wow, check this out!”

Awesome views from the windows, you wouldn’t want to leave the apartment, just sit staring.

Welcome water bottle and snack, I really appreciated this on the evening of our arrival.

Shampoo, toothpaste and soap in the bathroom - really convenient, feel yourself like a

5 star hotel guest.

Coffee machine for capsules for coffee lovers.

Giant tv with netflix for lazy evenings.

Small lamps and floor lamps create cosy atmosphere.

Missy is really nice, helped us arrange a comfortable transfer from the airport.

There were minor points for improvement, but nothing much to spoil the 5 star experience.

We used taxi mostly, so it’s hard for me to comment the location from the public transport point of view. But once we have walked from Galata tower and Istiklal street on foot - takes appx half an hour.
