“Would definitely come back! A comfortable apartment for two, near to all public transport stations, groceries shops, restaurants and bars. Even though it is close to the busy Istiklal street, this street is quiet, filled with many art and vintage shops, felt safe at night. The apartment is cozy, fully equiped kitchen, mini bathroom kit and all amenities listed, even had several types of pillows provided. Comfortable bed. AC works great, plus no direct sun - apartment stays cool. Lots of storage for clothes, personal items, toiletries in the bathroom. Cosy balcony. Loved the "welcome" basket with snacks and drinks! The host is super responsive and very helpful. Check-in was easy and smooth.”

“The location of the apartment is really great. Though it is literally few steps away from Istiklal Street, it’s pretty quiet. The apartment, which absolutely looks like on photos, is tidy, light and cozy, so we felt like at home. The great advantage is that you could find all the necessities, from dishwasher and washing machine to bottle of water and various snacks as a welcome. Missy is a super friendly host, she was always ready to assist. Thank you very much for your hospitality! The place is highly recommended.”

“It's a great cosy studio with a very well-equipped kitchen, location was superb too, it was just a 2 minutes’ walk away from Istiklal street, the main shopping street in the Beyoglu area. Needless to say, it is close to many eateries and restaurants. It is also a 5 minutes’ walk away from the main road with trams and buses leading straight to Fatih and the ferry terminal at Karakoy (you can easily take the ferry to the Anatolian side from there). Missy was very responsive, replying in under 5 minutes every time I texted her. We love the little pantry area set up for us with snacks and coffee/tea, so much that we bought the same snacks and brand of tea from a supermarket just so we could bring it back home!”

“The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple without children. It has everything you may need: a lot of empty shelves to unpack your luggage, a microwave, a dresser for shoes, a washing machine with a drier function, and even a dishwasher. It's neat and bright. The location is brilliant - near Galata Tower and close to the main street of the European side of Istanbul. The host is very kind and responsive. She helped us not only with apartment related questions but also gave us a couple of local pieces of advice.”

“I highly enjoyed staying at Missy’s place. Beside the fact that it is perfectly located - 1 min walking from Istiklal street and everything it has to offer - stores, food places, pharmacies, subway, I also loved how well-thought everything was - from small shower gels, snacks, full kitchen equipment, to hair dryer, set of towels and ironing board. Not to mention a lovely balcony which is actually spacier than it looks on pictures. Missy would reply me promptly whenever I’d happen to need her help, so staying there was overall a pleasant experience and a great value for money. Certainly recommend it!”

“This little apartment is perfect, albeit quite small. The trick is you have to unpack your suitcases completely and put your things away - there’s more than enough storage for that. You’ll immediately feel at home! The balcony is a whole extra room where you can have your meals or just relax. I loved how thoughtful all the details were. For example, I stayed for two weeks, so the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were in full-size bottles. So were the laundry detergent and softener. There are two kinds of pillows - soft feather ones and firm ones, isn’t that great! The bed, by the way, is super comfortable. Combine that with the quiet neighborhood and you’ll get perfect rest every night (the only noise outside is seagulls but that’s kind of cool). You do have to buy drinking water, but there will be a 1.5L bottle in the fridge waiting for you as part of the welcome package. The street is charming, with several great places to eat, steps away, and nice shops and boutiques. Check out the ship model shop. If you are into sailboats, this man makes them like no one else. All in all, this kind of stay makes you fall in love with Istanbul even more. Thank you, Missy and the crew! I’ll definitely be back.”
