“Beautiful doesn’t do enough justice. Worth it to stay here even just a night for the view. In general this place is perfect: it’s about a 3-5 minute walk to several stores, bars, and restaurants at Istiklal. Shishane and Galata stations are also conveniently near; including Galata Tower. I walked to Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque, Ayasofia, et al) and it was about a 30-minute walk. Walked to Egyptian and Grand Bazaar which were about 40 to 50-minute walk. Can’t beat this. “This place is professionally managed by a dedicated hostess, Missy. She was always responsive, pro-active in providing information, and bent backwards several times to solve our problems. The apartment itself is in an excellent location. Although it sits in the center of the new district, it is on a quiet alley. The view through the double glass doors is stunning. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning and enjoyed the night scene as we went to bed. You don't even have to step out of the room! The kitchen is adequate for heating up foods; with all the great restaurants around, there really is no need to cook on your own. The washer/dryer is excellent. “This apartment is just as advertised—you might not want to leave because the view from the large patio of the Bosporus is incredible, changing as the light of the day changes. Missy well deserves the title of “super host”—she was always responsive to our questions and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. The apartment is on the top floor of a building down a narrow lane from Iskital Street, a main thoroughfare running from Taksim Square to Galata Tower (it is closer to Galata Tower). Just up the lane from the apartment is a wonderful “backpacker’s cafe” called …, a great place for breakfast or an informal dinner. On the same street as the apartment but across Iskital are a number of restaurants, some good, some bad, but if you want a genuine Turkish kebap experience, go to … Kebap. We are in our 60s but always felt safe going to and from the apartment. We’re glad we found this apartment on our first trip to Istanbul.”    Tim - May 2022

Location in Beyoglu right on Istiklal, walk to Taksim Square, and the little street is very picturesque and quiet. Amazing terrace that gives you a view of the city and the Bosphorus.
