Well, it is not only a feast for the eyes and for the belly, but also an in-depth cultural experience. A typical Sunday brunch with freshly brewed Turkish tea gives us an opportunity to engage in warm conversations at a breakfast table with our families and friends in our homes.

A classic traditional Turkish breakfast includes black and green olives, various types of cheeses (produced exclusively in Turkey), butter, jams, honey, cream, eggs (numerous methods to cook such as scrambled, poached, boiled, fried, etc.), cured meats, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers, greens (parsley, cress, arugula, etc.), dried fruits, fresh-baked bread, Turkish bagel (simit), pastries and some other food seasoned with local herbs and species (types vary according to regions). Turkish black tea is served in small tulip-shaped cups. The breakfast is undoubtedly an important aspect of Turkish culture.
