Sant'Antonio di Padova Church /Church of St. Anthony of Padua, Istanbul
Located in Istiklal Avenue, The magnificent Sant'Antonio di Padova Church, or locally named Sent Antuan, is a basilica and the largest church of Roman Catholic Church in Istanbul. Featuring Venetian Neo-Gothic style, the Church was designed by the Istanbulite Levantine architect Giulio Mongeri between 1906-1912. Mongeri also designed many other buildings in Istanbul, such as Macka Palas in Nisantasi, Karakoy Palas in Galata and Ankara Palas in Cihangir.
